Gut-rehab to improve the circulation and spatial layout of a 2-story single family home.

 

Removed rear stair and relocated a new central/focal stair to reduce corridors and added additional bedroom and increased bedroom and bathroom sizes. Opened up the entire first floor, with new entry, kitchen, living, dining, and family rooms. Corrected structural and moisture issues, and levelled first floor throughout.
