Emerson Street

Gut rehab of a 1946 Evanston residence.

The improvements focused on making small spaces feel larger by creating views and connections through the house and to the outdoors. This included opening up one of the walls to connect the living and dining areas. The renovation also refreshed the bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as finishing the basement with a large recreation room and laundry area.

The property was sold immediately after the renovation for almost double the purchase price.
